Everything Great Buffet Breakfast! Eduardo C and his team at Breakfast were fantastic! Mesquite restaurant on the beach was lovely and Aldo and team made sure I had a great Birthday dinner. The Pools are Beautiful and generally quiet and the pool staff esp Jorge and Miguel were very attentive. Pool chairs were comfortable and with good shade or sun if you choose. Room was lovely, new, clean and the bed linens and bed were top quality and very comfortable. Large TV and Nespresso machine appreciated. Check in and out was seamless and they respected our Hilton Honors Diamond status even though we booked via Bookings. Loved the Byredo bath products. Well run Beautiful Hotel. The price can be steep. But we thoroughly recommend it and woukd love to return.

The property is beautiful in every way. From the grand, elegant lobby to the beautifully manicured landscaping and pool areas, the property was very welcoming. We rented the beachside room in Casa 7 and were impressed by the size and elegance. Our room included a butler, daily buffet breakfast, daily evening snacks and bar, and complimentary airport transfer. The staff was very friendly and the quality of service was top notch at all the restaurants. The sunsets and ocean waves were mesmerizing!

It is situated in the beautiful Punta de Mita and has a gorgeous stretch of beachfront property. The resort is truly special in every aspect. The landscape is stunning and the pools were beautifully designed to be a focal point of the beach. The food at all the restaurants were amazing especially Cotex was truly remarkable! The staff in all areas could not have been more attentive they went well above our expectations. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a wonderful experience.

An Amazing property Staff are beyond caring for you to have a peaceful stay, everything was what i needed, rest, stop and rejuvinate. The spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous but the two restaurants i tried, (not the high end one) were ok... mexico is world class food level and it can come in the form of a quesadilla or a fish dish, simple but tastie. But im a foodie so you asked the wrong person.....The staff the staff AMAZING in the restuarants, so happy to help. Thank you

Staff are very accommodating and friendly from the concierge, to the restaurant staff, to all the poolside staff. Foods are good. A little pricey but quality is good. Room was spacious, clean.
